Terms of Membership:

  • Must be at least 21 years of age. By joining the Mermaid Circle Membership program, the member authorizes La Sirena Winery to automatically bill a credit card on file at the time of shipment for the amount plus applicable sales tax.

  • Participation in the La Sirena Mermaid Circle Membership is ongoing until the member chooses to cancel.

  • Members will be added to the mailing list and receive periodic email or written notices from the winery.

  • Member must provide a shipping address where it is legal to ship wine.

  • Delivery schedules are subject to change, e.g. in cases of severe weather that could damage the wine.

  • Members may cancel at any time with written notice or by contacting the winery.
