TERMS OF MEMBERSHIP:

Must be at least 21 years of age. By joining the Mermaid Circle Membership program, the member authorizes La Sirena Winery to automatically bill a credit card on file at the time of shipment for the amount plus applicable sales tax.
Participation in the La Sirena Mermaid Circle Membership is ongoing until the member chooses to cancel.
Members will be added to the mailing list and receive periodic email or written notices from the winery.
Member must provide a shipping address where it is legal to ship wine.
Delivery schedules are subject to change, e.g. in cases of severe weather that could damage the wine.
Members may cancel at any time with written notice or by contacting the winery.
